Our n-tier and
components-based environment experience begins with Perbadanan Putrajaya Portal
project in 2004 where the project calls for integration of the Portal designed
by OAS with all the state-of-the-art applications and systems that will be used
to manage the management and operations of the City. With over 40 different
systems to be integrated with, the project provides an enviable challenge to us
all. Together with our partner and Oracle, OAS strives to ensure the
realization of visions and aspirations of the project stakeholders. The project
is utilizing the system infrastructure such as portal, workflow and EAI using
J2EE environment using Oracle Technology. OAS scope of work covers the design,
develop, and integrate, testing and commissioning the entire software
environment which include Oracle Portal 9i, Oracle Internet Directory, Oracle
SSO, Oracle Application Server (OC4J), Oracle Workflow, Oracle Integration 9i
and Oracle RAC. The concept of enterprise and community portal, J2EE
application framework, workflow environment, EAI framework and RAC environment
has been embraced and OAS plays major roles not only for the design and
development but also in the installation, configuration, system tuning and
implementation.
Our EAI expertise then expanded to other project such Dell Asia Pacific for their DELL Integrated CRM system to include integration to DELL Business Systems such as Inventory, Parts Management, and etc. Through this, the service request activities by DELL support engineer will be reflected in real-time mode to DELL back office systems and vice versa. We are using Oracle Integration 9i with our customised J2EE EAI modules. We were also involved the integration of multitude of systems at DBKL such as Billing, License, and Summons together with Electronic Government e-Services projects. The integration mechanism (EAI) is using Oracle Integration 9i together with our EAI product (OpenBizConnect).
With our software development knowledge and experience especially in n-tier environment implementation allow us to assist Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN) in their web based HRMS development project. Components developed are Personnel, Leave, Medical Claim, and Online Recruitment using J2EE framework with MS SQL Database. The application include the Employee Self-Service Application for more than 8000 LHDN personnel nationwide and HR Administration. As this is the joint development program, we are successfully shared our knowledge and technology to LHDN personnel for their maintenance and future development of HRMS.
Our software development experience further expanded with the involvement in the development and commissioning of Sistem Mengambil Sepanjang Masa (SMSM2) for SPA. This engagement is to assist SPA in developing a new recruitment and services management system to manage the recruitment and services for Public sector utilizing J2EE framework using Oracle product; Oracle Portal 9i, Oracle Application Server (OC4J) and Oracle RAC. The project calls for new software development to replace older systems together with integration, migration and conversion of 8 years of data into a portal environment. Similar with LHDN project, we are successfully shared our knowledge and technology to SPA personnel for their maintenance and future development of eSMSM.
In the year 2007, OAS involved in the development of e-MBAS system which consists of development of core business of Local Council such as Assessment, Licensing, Collection, Rental, Compound, Journal and integration with the Financial system. This project utilised Oracle Application server (OC4J) and Oracle RAC. At the same time, we were awarded the contract for the development of e-MRP system for one of leading Car Component Manufacturing Company. The e-MRP is an integrated Manufacturing Resource Planning utilizing J2EE environment. The module include total MRP application such as Engineering, Production Planning, Production, Procurement and Warehouse. Both projects are utilizing J2EE environment.
Our knowledge and experience in n-tier environment and components based framework allow us to be engage for design, development, integration, testing, data migration, installation, deployment, training and documentations of MOHE Enterprise System Project using a comprehensive Oracle SOA Framework. The Oracle SOA Framework includes Oracle Portal, Oracle Internet Directory, Oracle Application Server, Oracle BPEL, Oracle ESB, Oracle Stellent DMS and Oracle RAC. OAS has been tasked to design and developed several applications such as MOHE Portal which include the Public Portal and Internal Portal, Strategic Application for MOHE Management and Application Systems such as Knowledge Management System, IPT Formation and Management System, Integrated IPT Applications System, and Loan and Scholarship Management System.
In year 2009, we were awarded to design, development, integration, testing, installation, deployment, training, and documentations of the Integrated Production Planning System at National Mail and parcel processing hub (NMPH), Shah Alam. The system include Vehicle Docking management System (VDMS), Auto-id, Staff Scheduling, Monitoring and Control Dashboard system and an integration with PMB Back-end system. This project utilises Microsoft .Net Framework.
In the same year, OASSB has been involved in design, development, integration, testing, data migration, installation, deployment, training and documentations of Common Use Passenger Check-In System Project for Civil Aviation Authority, Damascus Intl. Airport, Syrian Arab Republic. This project is in collaboration with Travsys Software Solutions, Netherlands. This project utilises Microsoft .Net Framework together with Travsys i-DMACS CUTE Environment, Travsys Baggage Reconciliation System and Travsys Local DCS System.
In year 2012, OASSB has been awarded by LTH to develop TH Integration Platform Project which include the integration design, development, testing, installation, deployment, training and documentations of TH Internet services which include the integration of TH Host with eKL, Maybank2U and TH own myTAHA portal. This is to allow LTH depositors and members to perform their financial transaction and hajj registration in real-time. The EAI tool used is Vitria BW/ISM.
